Kamohara Sensei & Oshita Sensei, training course, San Malo, France
(June 25, 2010)On the 25th June Sensei Roland attended a weekend seminar with Kamohara Sensei and Oshita Sensei in St Malo, France. All the training was on the beach and the sun shined everyday.
The course covered the kata Chatan Yara Kushanku and Annan and of course, we ended up sparring in the sea!
